1.2 REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIER THROUGH ROS

1.2.1 From the main TNB web site, suppliers are able to access the online registration form

through Business with TNB > Supplier

1.2.2 Click at Register as TNB Supplier tab to find all the user guidelines for registration of

supplier. Supplier need to ensure that all supporting documents have been verified prior filling

up the required field. Click at Registration of Supplier tab to start.

1.3 PROCEDURAL STEPS

By clicking at ROS tab, system will prompt the Registration Supplier screen. Suppliers will have

to scroll down the screen to see more fields.

1. Fill in the required information for General Company Information section.

section (if applicable).

Description.

3. Click on and select the SST letter in pdf format. Click on to upload

the file and finally, click on button below to add item.

1. At the Certificates section, supplier shall add the respective certificates which required

by TNB. There are various types of certificates required depending on the suppliers’

nature of business:

Kementerian Kewangan (KK) - Supply/Services

Kementerian Kewangan (KK) – Consultancy

Bahagian Pembangunan Kontraktor dan Usahawan – BPKU (Bumiputera Status)

Sijil Perolehan Kerja Kerajaan – CIDB SPKK

Perakuan Pendaftaran Kontraktor – CIDB

Other Certificates/Forms

2. For Enterprise Company, fill in the Expiry Date for Consultant & ROB field but the

Capital Information section is not required.

3. For Sdn Bhd Company, complete the Capital Information section but the Expiry Date for

Consultant & ROC field is not required.

1. At the SSM – Board of Directors section, click on button to add the Board of

Directors and fill in the information required.

1. At the upload SSM Documents section, click on button to upload SSM Certificate

or other additional attachments and fill in Upload Documents details.

1. At Necessary Certificates Provided check section, put a tick on the checkbox to

confirm that you have attached/uploaded the necessary certificates to TNB.

2. At Notes section, enter any notes or other information for TNB (this is optional).

1. At acknowledgement of Company’s Equity/Share section, tick at the appropriate item

and enter the necessary information (this is optional).

2. At Data Privacy Statement, put a tick on the checkbox and click on button to

submit your application to TNB.

3. Confirmation Pop-up display message will be prompted to notify that the registration was

successful. Click on button to close the application. Procedure is complete.
