The registration flow•First supplier provides generic information to the “Ariba-cloud” This generic information is meant for all customers of the supplier.

• Next, supplier provides information thatGasunie requires (this is captured in the Supplier Profiel Questionnaire = SPQ)

• All Gasunie suppliers complete section 2 of the SPQ. Fill in only section 2 is called a Literegistration at Gasunie.

• For specific suppliers (based on Gasunie criteria), Gasunie requires suppliers to complete sections 3 and 4 of SPQ as well. This is calledthe Full-registration

• Based on the given information, Gasunie decides on approval of the supplier, whichunlocks the ability to do business via Ariba.
