CHALLENGES FACED

In the first year of operations, our client embarked on an aggressive talent acquisition strategy, with a target of doubling its headcount from less than 30 to 100 employees by 2018. Core HR functions such as leave management and payroll were managed via Microsoft Excel spreadsheet by two Talent Managers, whose primary responsibilities were recruitment.
