1. LOGIN 2. Go to Employee ServiceBook Master > Form 7: Employee Service History (or whichever form you want to fill) 3. Enter teacher’s PMIS ID and click search 4. IF EMPLOYEE DETAILS APPEAR, GO TO STEP 5 IN THIS TUTORIAL. BUT IF YOU GET AN ERROR MESSAGE (AS IN PIC BELOW), GO TO STEP 6 IN THIS TUTORIAL

1.   LOGIN    

2.   Go  to  Employee  ServiceBook  Master  -­‐>  Form  7:  Employee  Service  History  (or  whichever  form  you  want  to  fill)    

     

3.   Enter  teacher’s  PMIS  ID  and  click  search    

     

4.   IF  EMPLOYEE  DETAILS  APPEAR,  GO  TO  STEP  5  IN  THIS  TUTORIAL.    BUT  IF  YOU  GET  AN  ERROR  MESSAGE  (AS  IN  PIC  BELOW),  GO  TO  STEP  6  IN  THIS  TUTORIAL  

 

   

 5.   If  employee  name  comes  in  the  form,  fill  remaining  details  

 6.   If  error  message  is  showing  that  means:  employee  is  verified.  In  this  case  open  form  

through  EServicebook  Transaction  -­‐>  New  Entry  -­‐>  Form  7  (or  whichever  form  you  want  to  fill)    

 

7.   Search  employee  PMIS  number  and  fill  details    

8.   If  you  get  error  message  here  as  well  it  means  that  employee  is  not  recorded  as  being  in  your  block.  Contact  [email protected]  with  the  PMIS  number  of  teacher  and  your  block  name  in  this  case.
