WHO WE ARE?

The WECREATE Project is specificallydesigned to advance gender equality inentrepreneurship through a portfolio ofprograms, tools and events created toaddress the barriers faced by womenseeking to start and grow their businesses.

WHAT WE DO?

The Center provides the following tools and resources:

• Trained and certified mentors to assist women entrepreneurs.• Educational programs on entrepreneurship, accelerated go-to-market strategies, business modeldevelopment, customer development, access to finance, marketing, capacity building, use oftechnology, innovation, entrepreneurial mind-set and bootstrapping techniques.• Access to technology.• Access to Incubation Space.• A safe environment to start and develop their business.• Industry focused programming (i.e. agriculture, manufacturing, IT, professional services, etc.).• Business Networking.• Continual personal support for business growth throughout their business development.• Children Playroom - Providing women with children to access to the Center programs and resources.• Providing specific education and resources to men and boys, Engaging them as “Agents of Change”.

Women receive tailored,experiential based educationand resources devised todeal with their specific needsto start, scale and grow abusiness.

The WECREATE|CAMBODIA process isdesigned specifically to supportentrepreneurs armed with an idea tomove forward.

Our business model process is focused on“fail early, fail often, and adjust”. A validbusiness model is generated by learningfrom failed assumptions and making theappropriate changes to ensure success.

OBJECTIVES

PROGRAMS

WECREATE Challenge - is a 5-7 months program. Women entrepreneurs who compete are rewarded forturning their idea into a viable business, going to market quickly, building a team, modifying their businessmodel and learning what drives customers and revenue. The WECREATE Challenge just may be themotivation you need to make your dream a reality!

Startup Academy - Startup Academy is a 15-week program that has been specifically designed to accelerateprogress by walking women entrepreneurs through the universal steps required to build a company.

Build-A-Business Workshops - Expand your business idea, learn how to design a business model, andidentify solutions that accelerate revenue growth. The Build-A-Business workshop is a mentor-drivenprogram designed to guide entrepreneurs using visual business planning tools.

Pitch-O-Rama - Are you an early stage company wanting to see if you have what it takes to secureinvestment capital? This program is designed to provide a platform to showcase your business model andgain valuable feedback to take your business to the next level. The winner will receive a cash prize.

Business Solution Series - Our monthly calendar of events provide entrepreneurs access to the knowledge,tools, and connections that will support advancing businesses in any sector.

Ramp Up - The RampUp program is designed to support existing businesses in overcoming challenges toincrease revenue growth.

All programs incorporate experiential learning with VizToolz -- self-guided visual thinking tools tailored for building businesses,improving mentoring, and increasing strategic thinking.

The WECREATE Challenge business model competition is a 5-7 months program,and is open to women entrepreneurswith any type of business idea.

• Women entrepreneurs who compete in the WECREATE Challenge are rewarded forturning their idea into a viable business model, going to market quickly, testingassumptions, and modifying their business model as they learn what drivescustomers and revenue. Women entrepreneurs of the WECREATE Challenge donot have to be experts at creating polished documents or accounting wizards.Instead what they sometime lack in experience, they make up for in passion anddedication to achieve their dream.

• The women that enter the competition will have a chance to win thousands ofdollars in coaching and services.
