What is ONE Burbank?

The City of Burbank is maximizing unused assets in its municipal utility’s fiber network to offer ultra-high-speed connectivity to all city facilities as well as businesses such as media companies transitioning to electronic file-based production and distribution. ONE Burbank is an asset utilization strategy providing the means of generating revenue from this otherwise underutilized capacity while fulfilling customer needs for high speed secure data communications. The program promotes economic development by offering competitively priced service solutions

4

To date, BWP has installed over 100 miles of fiber optic cable within the City of Burbank.

In addition, we interconnect with both the City of Glendale and City of Los Angeles

BWP’s fiber network is also connected via diverse paths to the carrier hotels at One Wilshire and 600 W 7th Street in downtown LA
