Dry air removes almost all the moisture.3.The leaves are then rolled to remove extra juice.4.Rolled leaves are then torn. Except for green tea, those are taken to evaporation rooms until they turn bright yellow.5. Drying with hot air stops the evaporation.6. Arranging is done by sieves to separate large, small, broken, and the remainig leaves.
