Possess professional qualifications legally required for teaching in educational level and group recruitment they are applying;
Have completed military duties or civilian service, when required;
Owning physical fitness, psychological profile and features personality necessary to perform function and have fulfilled compulsory vaccination laws;

10.5. Evaluation of the performance and progression
1 - The career teaching consists of changing index remuneration through changing echelon.
2 - The recognition of the right to progress to level next depends on the verification of the cumulative following requirements:
a) the permanence of a minimum period of service effective teaching in the step immediately preceding;
b) the assignment, the last performance evaluation, qualitative indication of not less than Good;
c) the frequency with success, training continuous or specialized training courses:
i) 25 hours, 5th echelon of the teaching career;
ii) 50 hours in the remaining ranks of the teaching profession.
3 - Progression at 3th 5th and 7th echelons depends beyond the requirements of the preceding paragraph, as follows:
a) Observation of lessons, in case of progression at 3th and 5th echelons;
b) Obtaining vacancy in case of progression at 5th and 7th echelons.
