Monkeys Playing Everywhere

One Saturday night at the zoo,

The monkeys wantedsomething to do…

So they snuck away into town,

and played at the children’s playground!

There were monkeys

swinging from swings,

Monkeys hanging from rings

Probably 12 or 13,

all doin’ the funniest things!

They climbed!

And they jumped!

And they swang!

And they bumped!

Did flips……in the air!

There were monkeys playing everywhere!

One monkey went for a ride—

down the bumpysteps of the slide!

Another monkey slid upside down,

and his head stuckright in the ground!
