The documents required for custom clearance: -

* Invoice & Packing list 2 original & 2 copies * Bill of Landing / AWB 2 original & 2 copies * Product Catalogue / Brochure 1 copy * Insurance Policy, if insured 1 copy * Fumigation Certificate 1 copy (for wooden packing package) *Health certificate 1 original *Veterinary certificate / Sanitary certificate 1 original *Fishery certificate 1 original *Phytosanitary certificate 1 original

Fish products - Fishery certificate / Sanitary Certificate - Invoice and packing list - Halal certificate - Catalogue/ brochure - Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading number (Example – clams, fish, crabs, etc )

Meat products either than fish - Veterinary certificate / sanitary certificate - Invoice and packing list - Halal certificate - Catalogue /brochure - Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading number (Example – Beef, Chicken, Milk, etc )

Milk / Ice cream - Veterinary certificate / sanitary certificate - Invoice and packing list - Halal certificate - Health certificate - Air Way Bill or Bill of Lading number (Example – cheese, chocolate milk, dairy ice

creams, etc)

Vegetables / Fruits - Phytosanitary certificate - Invoice and packing list - Halal certificate - Catalogue / brochure

(example – Potatoes, Mango, beans, etc )

Cosmetics / Beauty care - Invoice and packing list - Pharmaceutical sampling permit - MAL license (Notification number) - Catalogue / brochure

(Example – skincare lotion, shampoo, etc)

For Import / Re-Export purposes:- It is recommended to use solid wooden case for

exhibit which is re-exporting after exhibition. Carton box or paper pallet is not recommended.

(example – Machinery, Fragile equipments )

For food product is recommended to pack on a plastic pallet.

(Benefits - No fumigation require which could damage the food products)

The case or the exhibition goods must be mark as below: -

Please mark at least 2 side of the case clearly to ensure correct positioning. Marking on the front side is compulsory.

Please inform us 10days in advance for efficient operation planning:-

i) if your exhibits size has exceeded 2.4meter in height and weight of more than 2000kgs for an individual piece

ii) Rental of Cranes or Forklift for unloading, loading and assembly of exhibits

iii) Local transportation for collection of exhibits from premises to KLCC – fairground

iv) Onsite handling
