Step 8: System copies approved AWs to Repository.

Start

Step 1: PM creates project (Fill-up project information and attributes, Set-up Approval cycle and Define Packaging

Component-Designer.)

(Optional) PM uploads Business case/Reference file(s) if required.

Step 2: Designer reviews Reference File(s), designs and Uploads Artwork(s) to folderAW.

Step 3: Approvers approve Artwork(s) in folderAW.

Step 4: DPS downloads approvedAWs from folderAW and Uploads Digital Proof(s) to folder DP.

Step 5: PM approves Digital Proof(s) in folder DP.

(Optional) Step 6: DPS prepares Printed Proof(s), takes a photo of the printed sample, uploadsthe photo

to folder PP together with Courier’s info after sending printed sample by courier toPM.

(Optional) Step 7: PM approves Printed Proof(s) in folder PP after receiving printedsample.

End

(SU & MED) Step 9: DPS register PO & Lot Number.

Business Case Upload If BC required – pending for BC Submitter to upload BC. Continue

Business Case Approval If BC required – BC undergoing approval cycle. Continue

Business Case Rejected If BC required – BC got rejected, pending for BC Submitter to upload new BC. Continue

Business Case Approved If BC required – pending for BC Submitter to upload BC. Continue

Labelling Approved If DP / PP required – pending for DPS to upload DP / PP. Continue

Active Workflow completed, the design of packaging components still widely used. Continue

On-Hold Insufficient information…etc., to be continued in future. Stop

Discontinued Project cancelled/discarded. Stop

Obsolete The design of packaging components gone out of use. Continue

For Testing Purposes Only Test project for training or demonstration purposes. Continue
