The flexible and dynamic company’s organization, with the ability to evolve and simplify business process, has the goal to optimize the business productivity.The Management Board is composed by 8 members. Gruppo Pozzi has about 40 employees divided between four division: Creative & Interior design, Administration & Technical Dep., Production & Logistics, Digital and New Technology.
We have our Headquarters in east Milan, a logistics branch in Rome and a subsidiary company in Hong Kong.
We work for leading luxury brands (cosmetics and accessories) and Hi-Tech leaders, but also for ambitious and innovative brand from other sectors as Food & Beverage, Automotive, Pharmaceutical.

Over the years we have created partnerships with organizations and associations creating synergy through the sharing of knowledge and skills, and a strategic international network.
We are on the board of POPAI Italia, the largest association in the retail industry.
In our new offices in Pozzo d’Adda (Milan) we have created LAB, a technology incubator entirely dedicated to engineers, developers and start ups researching technological innovation for the retail sector. The first project in development is Plucity, a virtual city created for luxury shopping which recreates the real world shopping experience online.

CREATIVE & INTERIOR DESIGN
FORME is the name of our creative division where a team of designers and experts in innovative and sustainable materials work closely with customers, and in accordance with brand guidelines, to create projects which use a winning combination of design and technology with a particular emphasis on creating unique solutions thanks to the inclusion of the latest digital tools.
Interior design and creative design projects are carried out by qualified, experienced architects who work together with talented young designers, because we believe that collective intelligence stimulates creativity.

Our creative division FORME designed Doubleseat, armchair rewarded in 2011 with the Red Dot awards honorable mention. A chair-facing seats obtained exclusively from materials in sheet form, born in corrugated cardboard through the overlapping layers of concentric attribute the particular layered effect.

Nowadays creativity and design must be used alongside new solutions to create a unique, stand out, memorable brand experience in the retail world where customers are constantly exposed to overstimulation.We believe that new technologies and the digital world are not just the future but the present.
It is this belief which has led us to create our LAB, our technology incubator which brings together fresh, young, minds that think outside the box and are able to transform customer-brand interaction into full engagement with the shopping experience.

PRODUCTION
One of our strengths is our production facility, which always works in close contact with the Design and Technical Divisions.We work together to ensure that the final result always exceeds customer expectations.
All materials are managed using proprietary software: goods in and goods out are encoded with a QR code which is used by operators who can access detailed product data sheets and manage stock movement via an Ipad connected to the network.
Inventory management is divided into four main categories:- manufactured material awaiting delivery / installation- high, medium and low turnover customer material- material for hire- raw and semi-finished materials

LOGISTICS
Our production facility is supported by logistics services which handle product flow management, and customer supplies, the planning of programmed maintenance tasks, as well as the management of maintenance work, both planned and unscheduled, at points of sale.

Our warehouse extends over 1500 square meters and is equipped with bays, chutes and ramps for trucks, racking to house 450 pallets and an area for handling large loads.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Thanks to the close cooperation of the various divisions within our company, customers can entrust all phases of their project to us from conception to completion and on-site installation.
Each project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager who acts as mediator between the client and the Gruppo Pozzi team.
After an initial briefing meeting, used to really understand customer needs, the market and business objectives, we proceed to the phases of analysis and market research, this helps the creative team formulate design ideas based on current trends and the latest developments in the client’s particular market sector.
Project engineering is entrusted to the technical department which ensures not only the feasibility of the project but the quality of the final product, which is manufactured in our production department by operators and technicians with decades of experience.
After rigorous quality control, the project is assigned to the on-site installation team. Everything phase takes place under the strict supervision of the Project Manager who ensures compliance with the schedule agreed with the client.

Maurizio Pozzi
Founder & President
Maurizio began his career in the luxury
sector at Estèe Lauder in Italy, were he rose
quickly through the ranks to Senior Visual
Merchandiser and ran the brand’s Italian
Merchandising Operations. In 1990 he entered
the entrepreneurial world by creating Studio
Pubblicitario Maurizio Pozzi, a company
specialised in window display services for the
luxury cosmetics industry. Shortly thereafter,
the company progressed and emerged as the
undisputed industry leader. Since 2010 Maurizio
has served as President of Gruppo Pozzi.
Ruggero Andrea Pozzi
Chief Executive Officer
Ruggero studied Architecture at the Politecnico
di Milano University. During his academic studies
he began to build his professional experience at
Gruppo Pozzi and his entrepreneurial spirit was
thus born. He grew the company from a family
business into an internationally renowned
company, expanding the services offered and
the client’s portfolio in the luxury sector, thanks
to significant increase in R&D investment and
the aim to apply digital and new technologies
to the retail industry. In 2000 he founded
Globe Adv Srl and also became its CEO. The
company began with a focus in technical &
creative design for the retail industry. In 2003
he co-founded ZEN Visual Communications Srl
with Luca Muraro. Following a comprehensive
corporate merger in 2010, he is now the CEO of
Gruppo Pozzi.
Luca Muraro
Director @ Gruppo Pozzi Asia
Luca studied Physics at Università Statale
di Milano. He began his career in the field
of transport and logistics, travelling and
working across Europe.He progressed quickly
with fast-track promotions across a diverse
range of international core business functions
in transport and logistics as well as the
pharmaceutical sector, working across logistics
and supply chain operations. With Ruggero,
he developed a business plan in 2002 for
the creation of ZEN Visual Communications
Srl,becoming its co-founder and CEO. Since
2010, following the comprehensive corporate
merger, he has become the Operations & New
Business Director of Gruppo Pozzi.
Marco Piovani
Key Account Manager
Marco began his career in the creative fashion
industry in Italy. Within a few years, he was in
popular demand as a Freelancer in creative and
conceptual Visual Merchandising in the luxury
brands sector. He began working collaboratively
with Maurizio Pozzi in 1997 and joined Studio
Pubblicitario Maurizio Pozzi Srl. Subsequently,
he left the operations side of the business to
focus on successfully building and maintaining
strong client relationships as an Account
Manager. Since 2010, following the corporate
merger, he has become Key Account Manager
at Gruppo Pozzi.
