After I receive the monthly report, I praised the staff that performed

well and encouraged those that did not spend enough time on the

program. I advised them where in the store they can come and sit to

continue their training from the computers in the office

person to be successful

I used to discuss with them the progress on the course &

motivate them to take advantage of this opportunity. Whenever my staff has an issue, I used to

help them in resolving the same
