INTRODUCTION

The UT18ADV025SX64 is a 64-channel charge-integratorAnalog-to-Digital Converter /Data Acquisition System withfront-end charge integrator and track and hold followed by ananalog-to-digital convertor with digital-decimation filtering. Italso contains a bandgap reference, temperature sensor and theregisters and interfaces to setup, control and transmit theacquired data. A single clock is utilized to provide output datasynchronization.

Each of the 64-channels of analog-to-digital conversionsimultaneously captures input charge samples and convertsthem to digital words. Each individual channel contains anintegrator with six user programmable gain settings. The 64channels are broken into 16-channel blocks; channels (0-15,32-47) are in the even group. Channels (16-31, 48-63) are inthe odd group. These two groups have independently settablegain and offset correction.
