It also contains a bandgap reference, temperature sensor and the registers and interfaces to setup, control and transmit the acquired data. A single clock is utilized to provide output data synchronization. Each of the 64-channels of analog-to-digital conversion simultaneously captures input charge samples and converts them to digital words. Each individual channel contains an integrator with six user programmable gain settings. The 64 channels are broken into 16-channel blocks; channels (0-15, 32-47) are in the even group. Channels (16-31, 48-63) are in the odd group. These two groups have independently settable gain and offset correction.
