� Assets: US$ 500 million
� May be a part of the Bidder (excluding)
� May be related to more than one Bidder, only as Provider (Contract of Provision of MR)
� General experience:
� Provision for one or more metro-type underground railway transportation systems
� Experience period: Last 03 years
� Specific experience:
� Annual production of 240 urban train cars (Metro) in average.
� Production of 20 trains with ATP per year, � Trains should be equipped with GoA 4 or GoA

� Stay: No less than 7 years
� Assets: US$ 400 million
� Must be a part of the Bidder.
� Specific experience:� Experience period: no less than10 years� Operation of at least one metro-type underground
railway transportation system or Urban Railway System, with more than 150 million passengers per year.
� The number of passenger cannot include passengers from more than one system.

� Stay: During the entire concession period
� Technical Assistance Contract should be submitted if the Operator does not meet the requirements.
� Operating Technical Advisor demonstrates compliance with requirements.
