GALICIAN SOUP
Let’s Cook Together

INGREDIENTS: We need:
·Turnip leaves
·Potatoes
·Sausage
INGREDIENTS:
Salt
Ham
Bacon
INGREDIENTS:
·Beans
·Hunter
PREPARATION:
·First we pour water into a saucepan.
·We also add in the beans, the hunter, the bacon,
the sausage and the ham.
PREPARATION:
Then we put the saucepan on the cooker to simmer.
Before it boils we peel and cut the potatoes.
PREPARATION:
After that we wash and we cut the turnip leaves .
PREPARATION:
We wait for an hour after the water begins to boil and then add the potatoes
PREPARATION:
·We wait until the potatoes boil.
·Then we add the turnip leaves and the salt.
PREPARATION:
·We let it boil until it is cooked.
PREPARATION:
·Finally, we serve it on a plate and we eat it. It is delicious!
