Click on the Windows – version that you want to copy on your USB flash drive and you’ll be redirected to the corresponding instruction.

Copy WindoWs 7 on UsB flash drive

Begin with downloading the Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool from the following link:

Now you have to load Windows 7 in the form of an ISO file. If you downloaded Windows from the by us provided download link, the ISO file is to be found in the download folder.

Start the download tool. You will be asked to open your ISO file. Clicking on “Browse” but-ton and you get to select the file from your download folder.

Now you will be prompted to select your disk.Click „USB device“ to use your USB drive - or you can also use the program to create a DVD / CD. Please note that all data on the USB flash drive will be removed and that the stick has enough memory. We recommend a minimum USB stick size of 4 GB.

Now make sure that your USB stick is selected and then click on „Begin copying“.

The USB stick, will be formatted and your software image file will be copied to the USB flash drive. This process can take several minutes.

Once your software has been successfully copied, the USB stick is ready for use.

In order to install Windows with your USB stick to your computer, insert it into your computer and restart the pc. After restarting the installation of your operating system starts. From now on follow the instructions on your computer screen.

In order to copy Windows 8 on the USB flash drive, download first the free Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Once the download is completed run the tool and select the desired language, the edition and the architecture 32-Bit or 64-Bit you want to download.

2.In the next step, you can decide whether to copy the installation files to an appropriate USB flash drive or to download them directly in .ISO format. In our case, please select the option “USB flash drive”.

Please be aware that all data on the USB stick will be removed and that the USB stick sto-rage capacity has at least 4 GB. Should you have important data on your USB stick, save them first on a different location or use/new empty USB stick.


3.Now connect the USB stick to your PC selecting it and click on “next”.

In certain circumstances the USB stick is not immediately recognized. In this case, return to the previous step and then click again on „next“. You might need to re-insert you USB stick again.


4.In the following step, the installation files are downloaded and the USB memory stick is cre-ated. This is an automatic process and it might require some time to complete the operation. In the meantime you can still use your PC without restrictions.

What may occur as well is that no USB flash drive can be created. One of the causes might be that your antivirus program blocks the Windows autorun function. In the settings of your antivirus program, disable the command block autorun. Once the USB stick is created you can set the command back.


5.Your USB stick is now ready for use. In order to install Windows 8, leave the ready USB stick inserted and restart your PC. At the beginning of the reboot press the buttons „F2“, „F8“, „F10“ or „Delete“ in order to enter the Bios menu and use the arrow buttons to navigate to the “Boot” menu item. Here, you must specify that the USB stick should be accessed as first when the PC starts up. Exit the Bios menu and save the changes. Confirm the saving with the button “Y” or with enter.

The computer restarts and the Windows 8 installation starts.

In order to copy Windows 10 to a USB drive, first download the free Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Once the download is completed run the tool and accept the license terms.

In the next step, you can choose between the options „Upgrade now for this PC” and “crea-te installation media for another PC”. In order to copy the operating system to your USB stick, please select the latter option.

2.Now you can set the desired language, the edition and the architecture. The tool automati-cally selects the recommended option. If you need to make changes, unflag the „recom-mended options for this pic“ and proceed with your adjustments.

Continue with the next step by clicking on „next“.
