Since 2008 the Nanotkar family has been taking on the Cadbury and the Nestle at their
own game by creating the finest Truffles, Pralines and chocolate novelties here in
Maharashtra,India.
The Nanotkar family has created a unique combination of traditional European style
products with Indian flair and expertise.
This unique combination was a success from the beginning. Today Chocolatier India’s
innovative range of premium chocolate gifts can be found in major retail outlets across
India, 5 star hotels, major international airlines, major sporting events and corporate
hospitality venues.

complete this project.

Project Scope:
This project will cover all the employees and the beneficiary of Cognizant Technology
Solutions Pune. This will involve 10- 15 CTS employees and require the coordination of
Administration Department (Canteen).

Proposed Strategy
Objectives:
We have analyzed the present scenario and believe that the above mentioned objectives
can be fully met if the Administration Department renders adequate help and guidance
with respect to the Canteen Management.
Please note: There are no Public Holidays in the tenure provided for the project
completion and we expect that the CTS, Pune are not planning to provide any holidays to
the employees.
Strategy:
We have finalized the following plan of action:
o 4hours of Gift boxes distribution everyday starting form 20th
Feb 2015
o Time: 2pm -6pm
o Venue: Office Canteen
o Distribution as per the Employee Ids (Pune Office) in Ascending Order
Deliverables:
In the course of the above plan of action, our delivery team will make sure that the
Family and the Corporate Packages are reached to the concerned destinations in parallel.
The delivery teams have undergone various professional trainings and are very competent
to maintain the professionalism CTS would expect.

required are estimated at Rs. 20,000,000.

Payment terms:
All equipment, production and general costs (e.g. Travel Expenses) and man-hours used
to complete the project will be billed. This proposal provides an estimate of the total
costs. All amounts exceeding this quotation are subject to the approval of
CHOCOLATIER.
Payments shall be made within 30 days after receipt of Invoice. An initial amount of Rs.
800,000 is required to start the project. All late payments are subject to a 2.5% Monthly
charge or the maximum permitted by the law.
A discount of 5% shall be applied to the early payments.

Payments must be remitted by Bank Wire only and must be made payable to Chocolatier.
