telecommunications transmission cables from the Lead-In Manhole into the relevant NC CO.

ETC (Early Termination Charge): when customer terminate service before contract expires,
Rental will be charged.Labor Charge: Based on the labors, time and period when no fault is found, If NCs fault, free of

Labor Holiday Charge: Beyond the duty hours, 1.5 times; weekend or holiday 2 times.
