Seattle Parks and Recreation is hosting an online open house to update South Park community members on the final design and construction schedule for the South Park Community Center. The project will include a spray park, play areas, outdoor space for picnics, an off-leash dog area, and a new multi-sport synthetic turf field. As part of this project, we’re collecting inspiring quotations from community members to be used as part of an onsite artwork installation. We’re looking for examples of quotations from artists, authors, local leaders – anyone whose voice reflects and celebrates South Park’s diverse, vibrant community.
