Return Policy
Syntek Global offers a 100% return policy for the first 30 days on unused and unopened product. After 30 days, you will be refunded 90 % (less shipping & processing charges) on any unused product that is still in the original packaging and is in resalable condition up to 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12-months, returns will not be accepted. Any product that is not is resalable condition, including out of date packaging, is nonrefundable.
Procedures for All Returns
The following procedures apply to all returns for refund, replacement, or exchange:
• a) All merchandise must be returned by the Distributor or customer who purchased it directly from Syntek Global.
• b) All products to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number which is obtained by calling the Distributor Services Department at 801-386-5007 or by e-mailing [email protected]. This Return Authorization Number must be written on each carton returned.
Returns by Retail Customers
Syntek Global offers, through its Distributors, a 100% 30-day money-back guarantee to all retail customers. Every Distributor is bound to honor the retail customer guarantee. If, for any reason, a retail customer is dissatisfied with any Syntek Global product, the retail customer may return the unused portion of the product to the Distributor from whom it was purchased within 30 days for a replacement, exchange or a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping costs).
