Unfortunately, we have recently learned that you were the source of the information leak to a local newspaper reporter of classified client information concerning details of the situation and names of our clients and their business. Because of this breach of trust between our company, client, and yourself we have decided your time here at JAM Insurance as an administrative assistant has been terminated as of today. By violating our customer’s privacy you have broken a clearly stated guideline in our company’s Code of Conduct located on page 37 under the Confidentiality section that discusses clientele privacy. Our customers come first and this kind of behavior undermines our credibility as a trustworthy company. Here at JAM Insurance, our customer’s privacy and satisfaction is our number one priority.
