Aim: ◦Every correct answer gets $2 million◦To raise capital for the long stage◦To learn basic CFAS knowledge

Assistance:1. Wrong answers elimination. Price: $1 million2. Ask a friend. Price $ 1 million3. Revealing answer. Price $1 million◦Each player is entitled to 3 lifelines for this stage.

Takeover and Acquisition

Takeover rule: (players can choose either one of the following)

◦ Players with 30% and more in stockholding buy at least 1% of the

target company shares.

◦ Players with less than 30% stockholding later on acquire 30% or

more stockholding

◦  will have to launch a takeover bid at $30 million.

◦ Player A will get all of player B buildings and revenues.
