OUR PROCESS

Workfinders USA is often referred many cases that were previously worked by a competitor where no result had been obtained. Most often we see old, stagnant files that show little activity or effort in the way of true job development. Our competition typically provides job leads to the claimant and leaves it to the claimant to follow through. Usually the job leads supplied are sourced from the internet from a popular job website. If jobs are sourced via what we call “lazy Voc. Rehab“, expect to see your claims drag on and on.

By speaking to hiring managers, we are also able to make sure the job is available and within the claimant’s physical restrictions – something many of our competitors fail to do.

Our competition likes to source jobs from the internet. These jobs are NOT RELIABLE! By cold-calling employers, we are able to source only quality job leads. After the interview we contact the employer same day to obtain results. These results are reported to you immediately!

We pride ourselves on constant communication with all relevant parties involved in the claim. We do not believe in monthly Voc. reports that say the same thing each month. We update you as soon as something relevant happens in the case.
