Let’s Get Started

First, you will want to print these PDFs and make yourself your very own notebook of transformation. You are going to write, with a pen or pencil, to get the full benefit of this exercise. Even if you have an editing feature on your e-reader, take the extra time to write it out by hand. Reading this stuff will help you know about it, but physically doing the exercises will help you know it! There is a big difference between the two, trust me.

Dream It Up

Let’s dive in!

Here is the question:

“What would you love?”

! !What would you love to have, what would you love to be, and what would you love to feel? Let’s just say we are “dreaming” and you could have it all, without restrictions or conditions. You could have everything you love, without waiting for a change in circumstances, and regardless of where you are right now or what you have experienced so far in your life. What would you love that would give you a spark? What would give you a charge, security, or excitement? It is time to start dreaming again. Get rid of the “I can’t because” and “I would, but” thinking, and you absolutely cannot say, “I don’t know.” Remember, you want to ACTUALLY get UN-STUCK, UN-SUCKED, UN*UCKED.

Are things popping into your head right now? Don’t wait! Write em’ down!

IF you were inspired and wrote on page one? AWESOME. if not? No worries, lets do it now.

Here are the rules: You can’t play the “I don’t know” game. You do know. At some level or possibly many levels, you do know. Saying “I don’t know” or “I’m confused” is the part of you that is trying to stay stuck. Knock it off! You got this.

Ask yourself: What are the four most important areas of your life where you would like to see change Immediately? Pick four from the list below to get started:

o Physical Health o Time Freedom o Spirituality o Mental Well-being o Money Freedom o Career

o Relationships o Fun/Leisure o Creativity o Love o Giving/Philanthropy Print as many of these pages as you need to write to your hearts content. Obviously, four is the minimum to start ☺

Ask yourself: What would I love to be? What would I love to feel? What would I love to have or experience? What would I LOVE in the area of ________________ (look at your choices above)

Start writing your unedited answers to these questions on your printed pages now.

Try not to ignore the NOT IT section; just write the ‘not its’ that sneak in on the right side of your list and keep going on your LOVEs. When you feel as though you have described enough LOVEs in one life area, it is time to move to the next area. Keep asking yourself, “What would I LOVE?” in every one of the four areas of your life, until you have completed all four.

In this first exercise, remember to let go of your conditions and circumstances (‘I would buts’…) Put these limitations to the side and give yourself permission to dream.

Exercise: Write Out Your Future

Now that you have created your list of LOVEs, Lets move the NOT ITS to the LOVE side by re-framing. So when you look at the NOT IT side, what DO YOU WANT?

Examples: Reframed to what you do want:

1) I don’t want a long commute. I arrive at work in under 30 minutes everyday.

2) Not Weekends I enjoy taking every weekend off from work

Here it is again, a beautiful clean blank page to begin writing about what your life will look like in one, two, or three years in the future. AS IF it already happened, AS IF you just ran into ME and are telling me all about your amazing life that you dreamt up back in _________________ AS IF it all worked out! Think about what your daily life would be like when you love everything in it. Start your NEW story with something like…

• SAM! You are not going to believe this! I read your book and took your course back in January of 2020 and since doing the work I am…. Earning more than $100K per year, I have amazing insurance which I have only used for check ups as I am super healthy and at my ideal weight. I leave home and arrive at my beautiful view office in no time. I have been to Disneyland and a took a cruise to Mexico with my kids as well as a couple of amazing getaways with my partner to wine country and even NYC. Etc..etc..etc…

1. PUT IT ON: • Put it on- Be IN the Vision/Dream - Visualize it, feel it as it has already happened

and you are simply remembering and swimming in its awesomeness. • Amend it – You will most likely change your vision over time. GOOD - you are

supposed to. Things might come to you and you realize they are not what you expected. Or you may dream even BIGGER (very likely) but you cannot… ABSOLUTELY, CANNOT QUIT. Redirected to another piece of the dream? Yes! Quit? NO!

• Now you have your NEW STORY written out. READ it EVERY DAY.

2. ASK A QUESTION: • What can I do in the direction of this today (insert any part of your dream).

Remember, there is ALWAYS something you can do in the direction of your dream/vision

3. JUST DO IT: • Take action. • Do it imperfectly • Just do it now
