PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!As a condition of use of the resort facilities, the Ticket Holder assumes all risk of personal injury, death or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to the risks, dangers and hazards of skiing, snowboarding, tubing, skating and all other recreational activities; the use of lifts; collision or impact with natural or man-made objects or with skiers, snowboarders or other persons; slips, trips and falls; falls during lessons; changes or variations in the terrain, surface or sub-surface, including changes due to man-made snow; variable and difficult snow conditions or ice conditions, including thin ice; being ejected from tubes; travel within or beyond the authorized trail boundaries; or negligence, breach of contract, or breach of statutory duty of care owed on the part of Blue Mountain Resorts LP, Blue Mountain Resorts GP Inc. and Alterra Mountain Company Inc. and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, independent contractors, subcontractors, representatives, sponsors, successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Resort Operator”). The Ticket Holder agrees that the Resort Operator shall not be liable for any such personal injury, death or property loss and releases the Resort Operator and waives all claims with respect thereto. The Ticket Holder agrees that any litigation involving the Resort Operator will be brought within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ontario and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario.

Our ski and snowboard rental centres are conveniently located at the Activity Central Building and South Base Lodge. CANCELLATION POLICY24-Hour Snow School Cancellation Policy (applies to all our daily lessons and childcare):• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule or we will refund your payment.• If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your lesson, you may reschedule or we will refund your payment, less a $15 administration fee.• If you cancel after a lesson has begun, we will be unable to offer a refund or a rescheduled lesson.• Lessons and programs will not be cancelled or refunded due to inclement or less-than-ideal weather conditions.
NOTE: Any rescheduled lesson not taken by the end of the season in which it was purchased will be cancelled and payment forfeited upon season closure. Rental equipment and lift ticket are not included in the price of the Snow School product unless otherwise noted. If your child is a mini-shredder in the making, then the Burton Riglet Park is the place to be. Our terrain-based teaching park eases kids into the sport. With the assistance of the Burton Riglet Reel, students are towed through features like rollers, flat boxes and berms that have been scaled down for size.

HIKE N’ TUBEThere’s more than one way to tackle a mountain in winter. Hike N’ Tube offers old-fashioned winter fun for the entire family and gives all participants a gentle introduction to the Blue Mountain slopes.

Enjoy a different kind of downhill thrill on the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster. Rush through the frozen landscape on our gravity-propelled carts as they twist and turn on over 1,085 metres (3,560 ft) of track. Riders control their own speed, up to 42 km/hr (26 mph)!
