The Wellfleet Chamber of Commerce would like to give a big thank you to those loyal volunteers who showed up to unload 12,375 pounds of 2015 Wellfleet Guidebooks: Todd LeBart, Marty Gauthier, John Gauthier, Al Kogos, Ken Granlund, Diane & Peter Hall, David Danziger, Tamala Schulze, Dale Donovan, Carol & Dennis Ubriaco, Donna McCaffery, Dave Lucas, and Todd & Mignon Barry. A special thank you to Al Kogos of Seaside Liquors for hosting an "after- unloading hour" complete with sandwiches and wine. It made all the work worthwhile! To pick up a copy of the 2015 Wellfleet Guidebook please stop by Seaside Liquors in South Wellfleet. Heat Wave! Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Martha Reeves & The Vandellas will be performing two shows Saturday, April 18, and Sunday, April 19 at 7:30pm at the Provincetown Town Hall. The Queen of Motown will rock the outer Cape with her iconic hits, like Dancing in the Street, (Love is Like a) Heat Wave , Nowhere to Run, and Jimmy Mack. Lucky 10 The Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT) is pleased to welcome a group of talented young singers to the Julie Harris Stage on April 11th. In their concert at WHAT, Lucky 10 will feature the popular "Insalata Italiana," a pastiche of Italian opera, as well as a program of Broadway and Jazz hits. "Lucky Ten" inspires children ages 4 and up to achieve excellence in the performing arts. Lucky 10 has steadily grown into an ensemble of over 30 singers and dancers, and a performing arts school. Wellfleet Pre-Town Meeting

The Wellfleet CommunityForum will sponsor a Pre-Town Meeting, an informaldiscussion of articles onWellfleet'sAnnual Town Meeting Warrant, at 7:00pm on Thursday,April 16, at the Wellfleet Library, located at 55 West MainStreet. Town Moderator, Dan Silverman, will preside, andselectmen and other town officials will be on hand toclarify the issues and explain what is being proposed. TheTown Meeting Warrant will be mailed to all residents andis currently available on the Town's web site,http://www.wellfleet-ma.gov/. Town Meeting begins at7pm on Monday, April 27, at the Wellfleet ElementarySchool, 100 Lawrence Road. Town Election takes place onMonday, May 4th at the Wellfleet Senior Center/COA, 715Old King's Highway.

Search will be held on Wednesday, April 15, starting at6pm at The Lanes Bowl & Bistro in Mashpee, MA. Theevent will give an opportunity for established andemerging bands who have never played the TD BankSummer Concert Series to play for a live audience andcompete for open slots in the lineup. The public is invitedto attend. The top band will be booked for a paidperformance slot in the TD Bank Summer ConcertSeries.
