Activity Updated 2G KPI daily statistics of POC Pekalongan. Updated CDD of POC Pekalongan

ATP RAN Sharing with NSN at Dedi Jaya Pemalang.

Retunned parameters of BSRXMIN & MSRXMIN on

many sites of POC Pekalongan (stand alone cells).

Retunned paramaters of LOL & LOLHYST on many

MBC cells.

Listed and analyzed worse cells caused high

perceived drop rate peak.

Reviewed and audit neighbor relation on many sites

of BPKL1 & BPKL2.

ATP RAN Sharing on Dedi JayaPemalang

Problem Description

RAN sharing on Dedi Jaya Pemalang aim to review handover

performance and inroamer cards utilities when use on Dedi Jaya

mall area.

ATP RAN Sharing test result

Overall of handover performance test result is not ok, altough

incoming handover success after 3 handover attempts. Need toreview and check neighbor list created.

Other test result is associated with test call, SMS and MMS

performance use inroamer card. SMS result for inroamer card

from Portugal not ok suspect sms center was error.

Bad Spot between Subah - Kalimanggis

Problem DescriptionBased on reported from VIP complain, found blank signal on areabetween Site Subah and MBTS Kalimanggis. Drivetest was

perform to investigated this case. Drivetest result shows bad

RxLevel there. Drivetest result show also crossfeeder between

sector 1 and 3 on MBTS Kalimanggis.

Action-Retune output power parameter of Subah.

BSTXPWR has changed from 41 to 43 to increase output power

on TCH channel in order to more serving well to user while

outgoing/incoming calls.

Redirection antenna from 330 to 275 has done. This redirection

to reduce badspot area. Mechanical tilting antenna adjustment

from 0 to 2 also has done.

- Redirection antenna on all sector especially sector 3 in

other to give more cover for badspot area.

- Tilting antenna sector 3 MBTS Kalimanggis.

Before After

After adjust paramaters and redirection antenna, bad spot decreased

slightly, little bit of this effect due to contour and cross feeder problem

still no improvement yet.

One of the reason of high perceive drop on busy

hour due to bad coverage of many cells. Need to

assessment the coverage of them by retilting or

redirection antenna. An intial step to resolve thiscase by adjustment many parameters such as LOL

and LOLHYST also BSRXMIN and MSRXMIN to

sharing traffic of them.

- Changed BSRXMIN = 92 and MSRXMIN = 88 for GSM90

- Changed BSRXMIN = 85 and MSRXMIN = 80 for GSM18

After adjust parameters of LOL and LOLHYST (for MBC cells) also

BSRXMIN and MSRXMIN (for stand alone cells), perceive drop rate on

busyhour until 3 February 2013 on many cells of POC Pekalongan still not

improve yet (still above 1,8%). Need to retilting or redirection antenna for

thid case.

Handover performance on ATP RAN Sharing onDedi Jaya Pemalang not show performance well.

Bad spot area between Subah and MBTS

Kalimanggis showed improvement slightly

although cross feeder not installation change yet.

Need to adjust antenna tilting and direction on

many cells to reduce high perceive drop on busy

hour.
