You will be introduced to your new team and manager on your first day and supplied with appropriate technology.

You will be assigned a mentor/ buddy when starting at Atos. This will be a member of the Atos Armed Forces Network.

You will agree your roles, responsibilities and objectives for the 3-months with your line manager.

It’s about what you want to gain from the experience as well as what the business requires!

You will be enrolled in training consistent with your individual role development. This includes both e-learning and face-to-face.

An Exit Interview will occur shortly before the placement is due to finish. This is an opportunity for mutual feedback between you and the business.

The recruitment team will organise monthly catch ups with you to check your progress and well-being.

You will be encouraged to experience other parts of the business through

working with different teams or taking part in the peer-shadowing programme.
