The signatory / organiser and function hosts will be held responsible for ensuring that guests behave in a responsible manner, respect the etiquette rules of the Resort and that guests under the age of 18 do not consume alcohol – waterstation provided for use.

General cleaning is included in the event costs. Additional cleaning charges may be incurred where an event has created cleaning requirements to be over and above normal general cleaning. Damage to the playground/waterpark equipment or grounds could result in additional charges.

TERMS & CONDITIONSRACV Royal Pines Resort does not host birthday parties during school holidays and public holidays.

2 . Parties are for a minimum of 10 children & maximum of 20 children with the group including adults not exceeding 40 people. A minimum of 10 children on food & beverage menu 1 or 2 must be ordered.

4 . Parties are 2 hours only; all party guests must vacate after the allotted 2 hour time period.

Food and Beverage is severed on the Kalinda Terrace area 30minutes after start of party.

All catering must be arranged through the hotel excluding cakes and lolly bags.

All party guests must access pool area via Kalinda restaurant on Level 2 where they will be issued with a wristband which must be worn at all times.

Please note the Waterpark and Pool area is not exclusive and is open for guests at the resort.

Parental supervision is required for the pool area. You must have a minimum of 1 adult per 5 children.

A food & beverage attendant is dedicated to your event providing set-up & service. Please note: they do not provide entertainment.

Final guest numbers and catering requirements are due no later than 14 days prior to the event. Any increases/decreases after this point, are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

In the event the Waterpark is deemed unsafe to use due to weather, RACV Royal Pines Resort will provide an alternate venue for this event. No alternate entertainment is provided, and no refund will be given.

In the event you cannot meet the requirements, your event will not go ahead. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

11 . $400 is required as a deposit to secure and confirm your date when initial booking is made. Deposit is non-refundable if party is cancelled.
