Hi, my name is Tineke. I am married to Robin, and mum of 3; Campbell in year5, Rory year 2 and soon-to-be new entrant Tamsin.

I have been working as a GP in Waihi for L0 years. 2lzlears ago Robin & |started our own practice, Waihi Family Doctors. Your children will probablyknow me better as Dr Tineke, as do a weekly school clinic.

I grew up in Waihi and attended Waihi East School, and I am grateful that mychildren have the opportunity of attending a school with passionate teachingstaff, a commitment to see all students achieving and celebrating success acrossall Ievels, and a strong community spirit.

I have had the privilege of being on the Waihi East BOT over the last 3 years andhave held the Finance position over this time. I feel fortunate to have been apart of a proactive and constructive team, and, I am extremely proud of ourachievements as a board, and the successes of our school during this time, including an excellent ERO report.

I feel is important that we have continuity on the BOT, and I am keen to stayinvolved in the governance of our School, and work alongside our new Principalto achieve the vision we set our school.

I am a future focused thinker, and have a good working knowledge of our Boardprocesses, and a well-balanced approach to decision making in a teamenvironment.

My current community involvement includes Hetherington House, and in thepast I have been a Waihi East community representative on the WaihiCommunity Forum.I also have held a governance role on the Hauraki PHO BOT as a GPrepresentative for the past 4 years.

Thank you for your support.

Kia Ora,

My name is Julie Mouat and I am interested in re-applying for the position as a parentrepresentative on the Board of trustees. If you don't know me I am, and have been, a'Waihi'person for most of my life. I am married toShane from Waihi Sports & Cycles, have2 children, one of which attends Waihi East currently andwill do for the next2 years. I have an education background and this is one of the things that hashelped me serve as a valued member of the current board. This is a position that requires someonewho is committed to the well being of the school in the present as well as in the future, someonewho can be honest, trustworthy, reliable and also someone who is open minded and approachable. Ifeel this has been evident in both my personal and professional life and also proven in my positionas a trusted board mernber. It's not easy, I can assure you, and I think that the board has worked well together (not an easy featwith such a knowledgeable, strong minded not to mention good looking bunch) over the last 3 yearswhich have made many important decisions from the re-wiring of the school to the bike trackvision to the most important, delicate and difficult task of selecting not only new teachers but a newprincipal to lead our school and for it to continue to strive for the better. All while up holding a highstandard of integrity, respect and also taking into consideration policy and legislation aspects of thejob. Our last ERO report is a fine example of how well the school is doing and, in my opinion, consistency is the key to make sure Waihi East School honours this and continues to 'Rise Aboveand Shine.

I look forward to continuing to serve the school in this capacity and also as a parent who has thebest interest of her child, other children and the school as a whole at heart.

Thank you for your consideration.

With over 15 years' experience in front line sales; my responsibilities have included increasingmarket share and prof i tabi l i ty through new business and new product development.
