What are Hash Tags? Simply a way of “tagging” or identifying a topic



Use Multimedia! • Tools to upload/tweet images & video instantly• We are increasingly dealing with audience used to images



Final Thoughts/Advice: • It’s OK to initially dip your toes• Ask community for help (they will!)• Identify key goals for social media strategy• Have fun!
