• VMS Software, Inc. was created as a result of its parent company Teracloud, S.A. (Luxembourg) purchasing from HP in 2014, all Rights to the OpenVMS O/S.
• VSI is headquartered in Bolton, Massachusetts USA.• VSI has approx. 90 employees (+ contractors) with the
majority in Bolton, MA but other locations as well.• Offices in Malmo, Sweden• Locations in The Netherlands, France, Germany, UK,

After 4 years of steady releases of OpenVMS, VSI has emerged at the center of the OpenVMS solar system. Due to the critical concentration of OpenVMS engineering and marketing expertise at VSI, we are the de facto clearinghouse for all things OpenVMS, including, licensing, support, consulting services, hosting, cloud and every other service that requires OpenVMS. Customers can be confident that virtually all of their OpenVMS needs can be addressed by VSI with best of class solutions. OpenVMS Independent Software and Hardware Vendors have rapidly gravitated to VSI for access to VSI OpenVMS tools, support, and development assistance. Their numbers have doubled in the last year alone from around 50 to 102. Professional Services partners are also signing up for membership in our two-year old VSI Professional Services Alliance (VPSA), to pool all OpenVMS consulting services knowledge and expertise under the VSI umbrella. Finally, VSI OpenVMS software support is world renowned for its responsiveness and dogged determination to resolve customer support tickets. You can be sure that a call to VSI regarding VMS will not be met with puzzled run around responses, or worse, forwarded to the VM Ware department! Again, one of VSI’s clear strengths is that it is THE clearinghouse for all things OpenVMS.
