VISIONVision is a compelling view of a future yet to be, creates meaning and purpose which catapults both individuals and organizations to high levels of achievement (Center for Organizational and Personal Excellence).

Vision is a mental construction that synthesizes and clarifies what a person values or considers being the highest worth. It is a portrait of what we want to become in a prepared future.

Essential Questions:

1. What do you want your school 3 years from now?2. What would people say about your school three years from now?3. What kind of learners or graduates does your school produce?
