VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

Print this checklist, save it on your computer, or bookmark it for your reference.

All of the information you need will be sent to the email address you used to register for the

event. To ensure you receive all the emails, please add us to your ‘safe contacts’ list.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection on your PC or laptop. The workshop tools

do not work on iPads or Chromebooks.

Make sure you check your inbox regularly to get all the latest updates from us. Getting

prepared for the investing workshop is a huge part of the success you’ll have.

Are you joining internationally? If so, you may need to install and connect through a VPN

on your device in order to view the video broadcast. Download this free recommended VPN

Chrome extension. Here are a couple alternative VPNs: Earth VPN (free option) and Nord

VPN

(a reliable paid VPN option).

Set up your Rule #1 Toolbox account using the email address you used to register for the

Virtual Investing Workshop.

Watch the “Introduction to Rule #1” video in the Education section of the Toolbox.

You will receive an email a week prior to the event with the Think or Swim link and ‘how to’

set up video for downloading your free 60-day trial to our paper money trading platform.

Before the Rule #1 Virtual Investing Workshop

Print this checklist, save it on your computer, or bookmark it for your reference.

Log into your Virtual Workshop Group Page using the email address you used to register for

the Virtual Investing Workshop. You will have the link to the Virtual Workshop Group Page to

enter 24 hours before the event.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Virtual Workshop Group Page to log into your group chat

room. Click the grey “Guest” button, then type in your full name as the “Username”. Next,

click the green “Log in” button to enter the chat room.

Log into your Toolbox and Think or Swim accounts. Keep these open in separate tabs of your

internet browser for easy access throughout the workshop.

Be prepared to take notes! This workshop will not be recorded and no replays are available.
