{ COLOUR }Smooth bright yellow colour.

{ AROMA }Apricot stands out immediately, complemented with hints of tropical fruit. Then its complexity appears thanks to the toast that French oak barrel fermentation gives.

{ PALATE }Round with good structure, its acidity makes this wine fresher and more pleasant for the palate due to the apricot and tropical impressions that the Casablanca Valley gives to the wine.

{ FOOD PAIRING }Salads accompanied by crustaceans, dressed with sweet-and-sour sauces, fruits and spices such as ginger. Oily fish with sweet-and-sour sauces.
