■ THV-10DFeatures:

This Digital Vickers Hardness Tester made with a unique and precision design in the field of mechanics, optics and light source is able to produce a clearer indentation image and hence a more precise measurement.

Equipped with 10x lens and 40x lens objectives(for 10kg) can be used for measurement purpose, the tester has a wider measurement field and a broader usage range ester has a wider measurement field and a broader usage range..

Equipped with a digital microscope, it shows the measuring methods, the test force, the indentation length, the hardness value, the dwell time of the test force as well as the number of measurements - all shown on its LCD screen , without inputting the value of diagonal length for the indentation and look up the hardness values from hardness table.

The CCD pickup camera device and image handling system can be equipped on the tester and the video device as well.

With a special thread interface, it can be linked with video measuring device and indentation automatically measuring device without changing optical path.

Uniquely adopts cold light source, the usage life of light source reach 100,000 hours.

By means of closed-circuit system for control, CPU controls testing force to load, dwell and unload, the sensor feedback information, therefore the lost of testing force vale can be automatically compensated during testing and hence the testing force more accuracy.

The indenter is directly equipped on the pressure sensor, therefore the transitive error of test force is reduced.

■ TMHV-10DFeatures:

With motorized turret, the indenter and objectives can be shifted automatically.

Due to the excellent combination between the indenter and pressure sensor, the transitive error of test force is reduced.

Measure the Vickers/Knoop hardness values (HV/HK) from HV0.3 to HV10 and HK0.3 to HK10. Select the test force directly.

With function of automatic exchanging hardness scales (HB,HRC,HRA,HRB,HRN,HRT).

All information such as diagonal lines length of indentation, hardness values, data statistics and hardness exchange values, etc are displayed on the LCD screen.

With the thin film keyboard, various technical data can be inputted in. Press the START key, the whole test procedure can be carried out automatically.

■ THV-50DFeatures:

By means of a 10x lens,20x lens or 20x lens and 40x lens , the tester has a wider measurement field and a broader usage range. The set of lens (2 pieces lens ) can be selected according to the user’s requirement.

Equipped with a digital microscope, it shows the measuring methods, the test force, the indentation length, the hardness value, the dwell time of the test force as well as the number of measurements - all shown on its LCD screen , without inputting the value of diagonal length for the indentation and look up the hardness values from hardness table.

■ THV-LCD

Description:

PS-2006 Video Measuring Device is composed of CCD measuring equipment,6.8 inch colored LCD and other relative components.

With PS-2006 Video Measuring Device,the indention originally shown on objective of hardness tester is now display on the LCD directly.

The working procedure is more visual and measuring is more accurate. Avoid seeing weariness and man-made error,and increase working efficiency. Many people can observe the working process at the same time. So the tester is warmly welcomed by many operators.

Description: By means of CCD Camera interface,connect Vickers hardness tester with computer.

Whole testing operation can be processed by operating keyboard and mouse,therefore the operation is easy and measuring precision is high.
