Based in the heart of South Bristol, nestled comfortably between Southville and Bedminster, the SouthBank Club sets out to offer a local meeting place and melting pot for creatives, dancers, poets and just about anyone else who enjoys good music, dance, good beers and local ciders in a friendly smoke-free atmosphere. Set in our glorious 1881 former church hall, we’ve got 3 FUNCTION ROOMS for you to choose from, each one with bar facilities. Including an Event Hall, Upstairs Studio, Rear Gallery, Cinema Space and Outdoor Garden/Patio area.

With beautiful wooden floors, high ceiling and original stone walls our EVENT HALL with full bar/cafe facilities is the highlight of the SothBank Club. Equipped with PA systems and AV facilities, this room has hosted everything from masquerade balls to christmas markets and new years celebrations, making it an ideal venue for your private party or next concert.

Rear Gallery & Cinema Spec.

Upstairs we house our multi-purpose studio, with a fitted sprung-floor ideal for hosting dance and aerobic classes.

This studio works well for those requiring a meeting room or works function space. The bar facility also makes it perfect for holding catered events.

These two function rooms can be hired separately or together and act as an ideal location for art exhibitions, birthday celebrations or social meetings. With its cinema projection space, we can host sports screening events and film clubs.

Gallery facilities also include bar, skittle alley and direct access to our outdoor Garden/Patio area - suitable for hosting extra events and activities.
