Vardhman Industrial Estate Summary Vardhman Industrial Estate, a Partnership Firm, was constituted in the year 2008 through its promoter namely Shri J.C. Jain industrial giant in dist: Haridwar. The Firm would play a stellar role in the promotion of industries, developing the required infrastructure, ensuring development, upgrading the technology and setting up of highly technological pollution free industries. Vardhman Industrial Estate ensures the speediest clearances to enable the shortest lead time in setting up industrial projects. It is a project fully owned by Mr. J.C. Jain and family. This is a project to develop the entire area as an industrial estate with metallic roads, parking, parks and buffers as per guideline of GIDCR-2005. It is upcoming Hi-tech, modern and Exclusive Township for Industries on Roorkee- Haridwar National Highway 58 (NH-58) very much in the adjacent to the Patanjali Yogpeeth Haridwar and well connected to other parts of Uttarakhand and India. Summary

Vardhman Industrial Estate, a Partnership Firm, was constituted in the year 2008 through

its promoter namely Shri J.C. Jain industrial giant in dist: Haridwar. The Firm would play

a stellar role in the promotion of industries, developing the required infrastructure,

ensuring development, upgrading the technology and setting up of highly technological

pollution free industries. Vardhman Industrial Estate ensures the speediest clearances to

enable the shortest lead time in setting up industrial projects.

It is a project fully owned by Mr. J.C. Jain and family. This is a project to develop the

entire area as an industrial estate with metallic roads, parking, parks and buffers as per

guideline of GIDCR-2005.

It is upcoming Hi-tech, modern and Exclusive Township for Industries on Roorkee-

Haridwar National Highway 58 (NH-58) very much in the adjacent to the Patanjali

Yogpeeth Haridwar and well connected to other parts of Uttarakhand and India. The

development is planned to provide the world-class amenities/facilities and environment to

create a perfect productive industrial estate in India.

This project shall be developed in two phases. In the first phase that is in progress at the

moment we plan to create an industrial estate with all the facilities like electricity

drainage, security and a business center provided to the companies. In the second phase

of the Vardhman Industrial estate we shall be looking to expand on the industrial estate

and also we shall be developing a residential area and commercial complex for the said

industrial Estate. This residential area shall comprise of high apartment buildings having

flats from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms and commercial complex to meet the requirements

of family of the resident of the locality.

The phase 1 development comprises of a land measuring almost 465,000 Sq. Mts. area

and consists of features such as plot sizes ranging from 1000 Sq. Mts. to 7500 Sq. Mts.

plots to cater to the needs of the consumers to the utmost level with a total tally of 102

plots, integrated business center, 18 to 24 Mts. wide roads, power lines of 33Kv power

supply with complete power backup, central security system and complete with water

supply and drainage system.

With no current availability of land for industries in Uttarakhand this industrial township

is extremely beneficial for companies looking to avail the tax benefits from this tax Free

State. The land that shall be provided will be a ready to build on land so that the

industries can design their sheds in a way that shall be befitting their own requirements so

as to optimize the space utilization.

As for the financial benefits available to industries in this estate will be 100% Central

Excise exemption for 10 years,100% Income Tax exemption for first 5 years and 30% for

next 5 years, CST @ 1% for 5 years, Capital Investment Subsidy @15% with a max. Of

Rs. 30 Lakhs and many others as per govt. scheme. Addition to the said the state

providing an uninterrupted power supply to the industries in state on the cheaper rate

compare to other states of India.

Now for the connectivity to this industrial estate, nearest Rail Yard- Roorkee railway

station: 10 Km.and haridwar Railway Station: 15 Km, nearest National Highway: On

NH-58, nearest Domestic Airport: Jolly Grand Airport – 35Km, nearest International

Airport: Delhi – 185Km.A new railway line which is proposed in the Indian Railway

budget of 2007-08 is under survey.

Haridwar the most competitive and complete region for industrial development with the

maximum number of industries with the like of Hero Honda,ITC Mahindra, Kirby, HLL

and many other industries have already set in the region.

We have already initiated the project with acquisition of land and other infrastructure

development work .The application for power supply has been given to the concern board

and conceptually accepted by them. The notification and communication to the concern

of other related authorities and bodies has been conveyed through the copy of said order

by chief secretary of state itself.
