INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION

Part -1

When candidate provide valid information, then click on“Generate E-Challan” button it will generate Bank Challanwith respective of bank that you have to deposit in bank andthey will give you candidate Challan Copy with transactiondate and number for further proceeding.

[The candidates may however note that Applicationwould be treated as incomplete and rejected unlessaccompanied with Part-II Application Form submission.]

9. Click on “Submit Application Form” would take you to the2 part of the online application.10. Now to complete online application submission you justclick on “Submit Application Form” in Candidate SegmentPage.

Clicking on “Submit Application Form” button it willopens-up a page and ask for Candidate RegistrationNumber, Fee details, Scanned photograph with signatureand some your personnel details that you filled duringregistration process. And click on submit button & you will bemoved on next page where you can fill all information tocomplete form submission.

[Here the candidate is required to upload the images ofrecent Photograph and Signature Specimen. Images to beuploaded should be only in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .tif, .png format ofsize not exceeding 50 KB.]

# the candidate should scan his signature, which hasbeen put on white paper using Black Ink pen with his/herphotograph.

At the top of the page there is a 'Declaration' for thecandidates. Candidates are advised to go through thecontents of the Declaration carefully. Candidate has theoption to either agree or disagree with the contents ofDeclaration by clicking on 'I Agree' or 'I do not agree' buttons.In case the candidate opts to disagree, the application will bedropped and the procedure will be terminated. Accepting toagree only will submit the candidate's Online Application.

This section shows information relevant to Notificationi.e. Notification number, selection type, directorate/department name and post name

This section shows information about candidatepersonnel details i.e. Registration Number, candidate name,Father/Husband name, Gender, DOB, UP domicile,Category, Marital status, email and contact number.

Other details of candidate shows the information detailsabout UP Freedom Fighter, Ex Army, service duration andyour physical challenges

At the bottom of the page there is a 'Declaration' for thecandidates. Candidates are advised to go through thecontents of the Declaration carefully.

After filling all above particulars there is provision forpreview your detail before final submission of applicationform on clicking on “Preview” button.

Preview page will display all facts/particulars that youhave mentioned on entry time if you are sure with filleddetails then click on “Submit” button to finally push data intoserver with successfully submission report that you canprint.

Otherwise using “Back” button option you can modify yourdetails.

11. On clicking “View Application status” option in CandidateSegment page you can see current status of candidate.12. On clicking “Result” option in Candidate Segment pagecandidate can see result status of periodically.13. “Interview/Exam Schedule” option in CandidateSegment page candidate can see Interview and examinationschedule details periodically.14. On clicking “Key Answer Sheet” candidate can downloadkey answer sheet.15. On clicking “Admit Card/Hall Ticket” candidate candownload their Admit Card using with some basic credentialof candidate.16. On clicking “List of Rejected Candidate” candidate canview Rejected candidate list.17. On clicking “Syllabus” candidate can view syllabus ofparticular examination.

[Candidates are advised to take printout of the OnlineApplication and retain it for further communication with theUPPSC.] [The Candidates applying for the examinationshould ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions foradmission to examination. Their admission at all the stages ofthe examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfyingthe prescribed eligibility conditions.] UPPSC takes upverification of eligibility conditions with reference to originaldocuments at subsequent stages of examination process.

Guide Lines for Scanning Photograph with Signature

The Procedure relating to upload Photo &Signature

1. Paste the Photo on any white paper as per the aboverequired dimensions. Sign in the Signature Spaceprovided. Ensure that the signature is within the box.

2. Scan the above required size containing photograph andsignature. Please do not scan the complete page.

3. The entire image (of size 3.5 cm by 6.0 cm) consisting ofthe photo along with the signature is required to bescanned, and stored in formaton local machine.

4. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than50 KB.

5. lf the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust thesettings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no.colours etc., during the process of scanning.

6. The applicant has to sign in full in the box provided. Sincethe signature is proof of identity, it must be genuine .and infull; initials are not sufficient. Signature in CAPITALLETTERS is not permitted.

7. The signature must be signed only by the applicant and notby any other person.

8. The signature will be used to put on the Hall Ticket andwherever necessary. If the Applicant’s signature onanswer script, at the time of the examination, does notmatch the signature on the Hall Ticket, the applicant will bedisqualified.
