QuickStartG U I D E

Using the U62 Online Course Catalog and Registration System

1. Launch any web browser and go to

www.d62.org/u62

Click “Click here to visit the U62 Online Course Catalog and Registration System”

In 2008 District 62 implemented an online course registration system for U62. The system is powered by a company called SolutionWhere and the system is called CourseWhere.

2. Click Logon.

(You may use any of the Logon links on the page.)

3. Type your User ID (the beginning of your

d62.org email address before the “@d62.org”).

Type your Password (the password of your

d62.org email address).

Click Logon.

4. View available courses by clicking one of the icons.

For example, click View By Alpha

5. Click a class to learn more about it and/or sign up.

TIP: Use the View By…

icons at the top of the page if you wish to go back to the list of classes.

6. The course description is shown here

and the class schedule information is

shown here (all start dates are

listed if a class is offered more than once).

Click a start date for more information

and to sign up for a class.

7. Click Next Step to register.

8. Verify your information.

Click Submit Registration.

9. If you wish, print this page as a reminder, but the system will also send you an email with the same information.

The system will also send you a reminder email before the class (usually 5 days before the class begins).

You may also logon to the system anytime to view your registered classes, sign up for new ones, abd do a few other

11. Close the window or click Home.

TIP Use the buttons at the top of

the page to navigate the system to see the classes,

go back to the system’s Home page,

or Contact us regarding U62.

10. Click Logoff when you are finished.
