This brief presentation gives a broad outline for how we decoded the DNA of US President Barack Obama's vision based on his inaugural address and then created a measureable Bluprint™ for success to track the degree to which this vision was being achieved. Note a traditional Bluprint™ uses crowdsourced intelligences to distil the essence of leadership vision and thus is generally significantly shorter than President Obama's BluprintTM which did not go through the same distillation process.

To achieve Barack Obama's vision we decoded his inaugural speech delivered on 20 January 2009 into enabling and disabling
principles which will enhance the success of the USA. We then translated these principles into art forms and created a measureable
Bluprint™ for success. President Obama was so impressed by his Bluprint™ he sent us a letter of thanks (see final slide)
