Q How do I measure the benefits of a Bluprint? A: Depends on how you define success. Inevitably all our clients have a mix of hard and soft measures which are unique to their specific business, though money saved and money made feature prominently in the mix.

Q: How long does the process take?A: Where the client organisation is 100% web enabled, it takes on average 12 weeks to deliver a Bluprint. The process is non-invasive and typically takes 4 hours of senior executive time (across 12 weeks) and 1.5 hours of regular staff time (across 12 weeks). No ‘all hands’ meetings, no trainings, no flights, no hotel buffet lunches. Once the mathematical formula and art gallery is constructed the organisation then starts the scoring process which typically lasts years.

Q: Who owns the process? A: You must take ownership of the end result, we facilitate the engagement part. It’s a joint effort. Bluprints makes an unequivocal commitment to confidentiality. All our data is hosted in a secure location, the same place the Singapore government store theirs.

Q: Are you an independent company? A: Yes, we are a private company with two main shareholders, Guy Martin and Tony Boatman. We have an executive board in place that is an oversight body whom works with the partners to develop new business with our exclusively blue chip clientele.

Q: How do you charge for your services? A: There are two billable components, a project fee (one off) and a reporting fee (monthly / quarterly).

Q: Can you run projects with global scope? A: Yes, that’s our core business. We deal exclusively with blue chip clients. We currently have clients in 17 countries.

Q: Are you consultants?A: No, we do not consult. In fact we don’t hold a specific opinion on anything. The Principal Partners, Guy Martin and Tony Boatman spent their time prior to Bluprints running large multinational businesses. We are of the opinion that there are enough smart people developing strategy in any given organisation, the disconnect lies in the ability to execute.
