Growing In Generosity SeminarMark your calendar to be sure and join us on Sunday, March 29 when Dr. Lizbeth Johnson, the synod gift planner with Lutheran Foundation of the Southwest, will be here to share with us about growing generosity through Legacy Stewardship from 9:15 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. With careful and thoughtful estate planning, extra care and consideration can help to maximize remaining funds for your family, friends and charitable intent. In addition to the session, she can provide private consultation with individuals and families, to create “blueprints” that achieve your goals based on what you would like to accomplish for family and ministry at no cost or obligation. All of us have the opportunity to control our assets during life, and it is possible to convey our values at the end-of-life through a well-thought out plan. Dr. Johnson will provide examples of what is possible when considering both family and charitable intent in your plans.

Musicians WantedDo you play an instrument? We are starting up an instrumentalist group and are looking for people who want to play at church. If you are interested, meet right after the 10:30 am service over by the organ, from 12 - 12:30 pm. Contact John Burkwall at [email protected] for more information.

Girl Scout Cookies for the TroopsDo you have any Girl Scout cookies you would like to donate to the troops overseas? Or maybe you would like to buy a few extra boxes to donate. If so, please leave then in the designated tub in the narthex. Thanks!
