Dear Student,A warm welcome from the UCD Career Development Centre to the second Business, Finance & Management Careers Fair.

While there can be no doubt that graduates face difficult times in sourcing and securing graduate career opportunities, it is the case that many employers are recruiting and some are taking large numbers of graduates often from a diverse range of academic subject areas. My message to UCD’s students is to be proactive - ask questions at our Fairs, resist thetemptation to simply collect recruitment brochures.

Through networking effectively at this event, you will be able to identify potential employment opportunities. By working with staff at the Career Development Centre you will learn how to recognise and develop the skills employers want and be able to construct an effective application and prepare for interviews.

The Career Development Centre has a small team who will help you to:
