The following is a record of what was done during the past week and a forecast of the next week.....

A General Note before we start-•Our Christmas party has been planned for Monday 12th December 2016- evening – please pencil this date and keep it free•Monday 5th December will be the date all who are joining the fun of Secret Santa will open our presents •Last week Clifton was attending Honeywell MaxPro VMS training in Germany at Honeywell and David joined him for them to both do HSDK training on Thursday and Friday.•For new employees Jerico, Kristiyan and Stoyan- can CVA/SSA/JGA ask them to join LinkedIn, ask to connect with me and I will include them in our group- speaking of new members in our Linkedin

Projects and deadlines• 16_007_LeMeridien_BMS_upgrade- We have started working

on phase 1 panels – phase 1 which has to be completed by Feb 2017- next steps are– We have ordered the ISMA IO modules– We need to order the JACES and Field devices – Prepare the Software for the phase one panels– Once materials are here, design sketches are available and software

is available we will do change over.• 15_008 - Aurobindo PH02 BMS- We have finally concluded

this project! Well done to all for closing off this difficult project• 12_027- Parliament –We have updated Maxpro and now and

conclude all documentation (this needs to be done by end of Nov 2016) and finally integrate ProWatch

Projects and deadlines• 14_069- Q019 AS410 – Material from Siemens has been received, RFIs are still

unanswered from client• 14_069- Q021_TF4- panel build, panel installation, Patch panel installation, FOC

termination and testing• 12_025- The last issues on the DAC for SCM PH2- IT IS NOW A PRORITY AND WE

NEED TO GET COMPLETION CERTIFICATION- SCM PH2 needs also some attention on the tagging purchase order for the BMS- CVA is to work on this

• 12_043_Life Sciences – we need to call for an inspection of snags to close everything down- we need to complete the tenant building module

• 13_075_Bosch_ProWatch_Genetec_Interface - The Bosch HSDK interface is well advanced and we have documented and we should shortly be expecting to go overseas to commission

• 14_081_Siggiewi School- Lets move on concluding issues related to Data acquisition and analysis.... Well done to all who have helped conclude this – we need to now present what we have done internally scheduled for 17th Nov 2016

• 16_025_DeLaRue_OFX- We will be kicking off the project with the client on Tuesday 15th Nov

• 13_031_CCA- still issues with values on ILPS and we also have to execute some new works at CCA (new cameras, pagers)

Projects and deadlines• 15_011- Sliema apartments – We have been through the site orientation- next steps are

panel design, materials ordering, panel build and installation/terminations of field on site.• 16_023_GGY- is another home automation project which is on a much faster track- we

have concluded security and Home automation and in week of 15th should conclude SAVANT audio visual.

• 14_083_Intercontinental – We have started works to start up the plant and start commissioning here- software development has also now advanced on this project. Commissioning is planned to be done by mid Nov 2016 We are also advanced on the second Pool Panel- which is now completed

• 16_015_RSM- this lighting control project is to be completed by Beginning of December 2016 we need to really keep a good eye on what is happening on site by the main contractor- we must ensure the wiring and terminations are done properly

• 15_038_new_HA_Ovt and 15_026_Apap Residence are two home automation projects scheduled for Q1 2017 – we have built all panels for these projects and we are awaiting others to complete their installation

• 13_070- SCM Lagoona Plant room We need to conclude all pending installation works – we will also try to finish the programming but commissioning will be on hold till the client asks us to continue

DesignLast week• Draughting of Sliema Graham Apartments RS1, RS2, RS3• Meridien:

– checked iSMA i/o cards selection with CVa, then released to SAA for ordering, etc– completed & submitted Points list to Client (excluding Additions)– concluded way forward of Panel Drawings with SAA, CVA, submitted sketches to Client– started comprehensive exercise re: Additions, reviewed with SAA, site visit supposedly next week

• OTM –Q019_AS410-Migration - 03NVC20-mod Drawing Update - met SSA re: next week’s draughting• OTM – Q021 5DP02 – Rec’d SSA’s feedback, started implementing it.• Intercontinental – sketched Update of 3Ph Pump to 1Ph Pump, and release for Panel Mod on site, to

DSHNext Week:• Aurdobindo Panel drawing site feedback as per CVA conclusion• Compile list of Server Rack items (Brand, Part No, Serial No etc)• FM Environmental – Panel Build dimensions for Shridar• OTM – Q021 5DP02 – Collect Shridar’s feedback after Panel Build, conclude & print before panel FAT.• OTM - Q019_AS410-Migration - 03NVC20-mod Drawing Update (by 17/11/2016)• Meridien:

InstallationThis past week: • Assisted Claudio on Hilton commissioning• OTM panel modifications labelling and updates of panel drawings• Installed PIR’s in maisonette at Graham apartments in Sliema• Aurobindo as built feedback• Lifesciences screening of cables and new labelling• Installed electrical meter in showroom• Continued with works on Mosta workshop

Next week:• Preparation of OTM patch panels in S/S steel enclosures• Panel modifications at OTM • Assist Clifton on Savant and Tv’s delivery at GGY• Install PIR’s and door contacts at Graham• Continue with works at Mosta workshop

Well done to the efforts done to catch up – we are still in slight delay and I have adjusted our plan – we need to keep it now!- WE HAVE FALLEN BACK AGAIN

• Project 14_069 - OTM Additions completion target 2nd November 2016- this panel has now taken too long and has to be completed by latest 15/11

• Project 15_023 - FM Env Control Panels completion target now by 18/11

• Project 16_015 - RSM DALI completion target 25th November 2016• Project 15_011 - Graham Sliema Apts Blk completion target 2nd

Trevor and John are presently in Miami attendingAt CONNECT – A Honeywell Authorised Dealer Event, the Award for

Enterprise Installation of the Year Award was awarded to Microbiz, our partners in the US, for implementing our fit solution at the AIG Campus in Houston. ESI deployed fit at AIG in Houston earlier this year. In this case fit is the middleware application between ProWatch and OTIS Compass Elevator Destination Dispatch, making both system talk to each other.

We are very proud with this prestigious recognition by Honeywell Security and Fire.
