    All models are available both in the single version aswell as in the back-up twin version.Th e BPH-E and DPH-Ecirculators incorporate an electronic controller oeringadjustment at constant pressure, adjustment atproportional pressure (constant low, thereore) andconstant curve and dierential pressure operationaccording to the temperature o the pumped liquid.The user interace is intuitive and easy to use.

    STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS (Electronicdevices)For greater e ic iency and s t rength, the

    circulators are controlled by aIGBT based device wi th the latest NPT technology. Thespeciic characteristics are as ollows:

    sinusoidal PWM modulation High carrier frequency to eliminate any audio

    band noise 32 bit dedicated DPS processor space vector optimized algorithm.

    Setting has been made user riendly thanks to anintuitive and unctional user interace. The simpliiedbacklit display on the control panel, with three simple

    navigation keys, a pull-down menu in line with thelatest mobile phone trends, and a wide range ounctions make the BPH-E circulator a revolutionary product.

    A rel iab le a sturdy construct ion combined to themodern and innovative design completes theproduct even rom an aesthetical point o view.

    STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICSEnbloc circulation pump made up o cast iron hydraulicparts and an electric asynchronous motor with wetrotor. Aluminium motor casing. High perormancevolute pump casing thanks to the detailed designand smooth internal suraces. In-line suction anddelivery ports, langed with threaded connectors orthe introduction o the temperature and pressuresockets. Technopolymer rotor, hardened stainlesssteel motor shat mounted on graphite bushings thatare lubricated by the pumped liquid. Stainless steelrotor and stator liner. Ceramic thrust washer, ethylenepropylene grommet and brass air vent cap. Two poleasynchronous motor.

    An automatic type clapet valve is oreseen on theback-up twin version that is incorporated into thedelivery port to prevent the circulation o water

    when the unit is idle. Furthermore, a blank langeis also supplied i one o the two motors requiresmaintenance. The standard PN10 production o thepump casing is compatible with PN6 counterlangesor the interchangeability o the pump on existingsystems. The DN 80 PN 16 version (eight holes) canbe supplied on request.

    OPERATING MODES

    All operations listed below can be consulted by all users (even those less qualiied) by means o the Dialogue menu.Access to the settings and modiication o the parameters is protected and reserved or qualiied users only.

    1 - Constant differential pressure regulation mode P-c

    The P-c regulation mode maintains the systems dierential pressure constant at the set value Hsetp based on the varying low rate.

    This regulation is particularly suitable or the ollowing systems:

    a. Dual pipe heating systems with thermostatic valves and:

    - head less than 2 meters;

    - natural circulation;

    - low head loss in the parts of the system where the total quantity of water flows;

    - high dierential temperature (central heating).

    b. Floor heating systems with thermostatic valves.

    c. Single pipe heating systems with thermostatic valves and adjustment valves.d. Systems with primary circuit pumps with low head loss.

    2 - Proportional differential pressure regulation mode P-v

    The P-v regulation mode, based on the changing flow rate, linearly varies the delivery value of the head from Hsetp to Hsetp/2.

    This regulation is particularly suitable or the ollowing systems:a. Dual pipe heating systems with thermostatic valves and:

    - head over 4 meters;

    - exceptionally long piping;

    - valves with a wide operating range;

    - differential pressure regulator;

    - high head loss in the parts of the system where the total quantity of water flows;

    - low dierential temperature.

    b. Floor heating systems and systems with thermostatic valves and high head loss in the boiler circuit.

    c. Systems with primary circuit pumps with high head loss.

    3 - Constant curve regulation mode

    The regulation at constant speed deactivates the regulation o the electronic module.The speed o the pump can be manually regulated at a constant value throughthe control panel, remote control or by a 0-10V signal where:

    ECONOMY MODE

    The economy mode can be set directly rom the control panel by setting the reduction value (.rid) that can have a maximum valueof 50%.The ollowing values are replaced in all the previously listed settings: Hset to a value o Hset x .rid

    ALARMS MANAGEMENT

    The device can remotely reactivate the alarms that have occurred in the pump itself through a clean contact (250Vac 5 Amp). These alarms are also memorisedin the resident memory or subsequent consultation. The alarms archive can also be cancelled to perorm dedicated tests.
