SABAH, MALAYSIA

The state Government of Sabah has expanded the travel restrictions (all points of entry by air, sea or by land) to the followings: a. All foreigners with recent travel history to People’s Republic of China (PRC), SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

to enter Sabah. b. Malaysian citizens (non-residents of Sabah) with recent travel history to PRC, SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter

Sabah. c. All transit passengers originating or through PRC WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter Sabah.

The following passengers will be allowed entry in Sabah:

Any Sabahan, permanent residents of Sabah and residents of Sabah under work pass, student pass, long term social visit pass or exemption order, returning from PRC, SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY are subject to a compulsory 14 days home quarantine. b. 5 SARAWAK, MALAYSIA

Reference to the Press Release by Sarawak State Disaster Management Committee dated 07 February 2020, all People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreigners who have been to People’s Republic of China (PRC) , HONG KONG and MACAU in the last 14 days WILL BE REFUSED Entry into Sarawak with IMMEDIATE

Singaporean nationalities who are travelling to Sarawak for a short-term visit either via direct flight i.e. SIN-KCH or via KUL must observe the Ministry of Health guidelines.

Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will suspend the issuance of all forms of new visas to those with PRC passports. ICA will also suspend Singapore’s status as a visa-free transit facility for those with PRC passports.

MOM'S ENTRY APPROVAL

1. With effect from 26 February2020, 2359Vhours, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will require all work pass holders (including dependants) with travel history to the Daegu city and Cheongdo county within the last 14 days and planning to enter/return to Singapore to obtain MOM’s approval before they commence their journey. This is regardless of the nationality of the work pass holder. This requirement applies to:

Existing work pass holders currently out of Singapore; and

In-Principle Approval holders who have yet to enter Singapore.

2. Upon arrival in Singapore, all affected work pass holders will be placed on a mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). Employers will be required to declare to MOM that they have arranged for suitable premises to house these returning employees for the duration of their SHN when applying for entry approval.

3. Employers are required to apply for entry approval using the online facility

2. Reference to the Press Release by the Government of Hong Kong dated 05 February 2020 which will take effect from 0.00am on 08 February 2020:

a. All passengers entering Hong Kong from the China Mainland by air or ground including Hong Kong residents, China Mainland residents as well as other visitors, to be subject to mandatory quarantine for 14 days upon their arrival.

b. Even if they are entering from other places, as long as they

have visited the Mainland either by air or ground over the past 14 days, mandatory quarantine will still be applicable upon

their arrival.

Effective 26 February 2020, 1. Hong Kong Immigration at Hong Kong International Airport WILL NOT ALLOW entry into Hong Kong to:

1. All Hong Kong residents who have visited HUBEI PROVINCE in the past

14 days should approach staff of the Department of Health’s Port Health Division for relevant assessment upon their arrival.

2. Even those who are

asymptomatic will be arranged to stay in quarantine centres for surveillance.

3. The Government also

appeals to Hong Kong residents returning from other places on the Mainland to stay home for 14 days upon their return as far as the circumstances permit.

4. Those who need to go out should wear a surgical mask for 14 days upon their return.

Note: This is to avoid passenger to be stranded at HKG if there is any problem when making their onward connecting flight at HKIA such as refusal acceptance by the airlines.

ALL People’s Republic of China (PRC) /Hong Kong/Macau Student Visa Card Holder has been temporary suspended.

Taiwan: a. People’s Republic of China (PRC) /Hong Kong/Macau who is holding

g. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) travelling to Hong Kong-SAR

and Macau-SAR shall be allowed departure upon execution of Declaration, signifying their knowledge and understanding of risks involved in their travel.

a. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Ministry Interior has activated several procedures related to arrivals to the Kingdom of Bahrain in light of the outbreak of COVID-19. The following SHALL apply with immediate effect:

1. Suspending entry to the Kingdom for the purpose of Umrah and Visiting the Prophet’s Mosque temporarily. 2.Suspending Tourism visa into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for only passengers those coming from People’s Republic of China which includes (Taiwan, HongKong and Macao) as well as Iran, Italy, Korea (Rep.), Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Philippines, Singapore, India, Lebanon, Syria, Yamen, Azerbaijan,Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Somalia and Vietnam 3.Suspending the usage of National ID to travel to or from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that applies on the Saudi citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens except SAUDI citizens. a. Saudi citizens who are out of the kingdom and are wishing to return providing that they have the national ID during exiting from the kingdom. b. GCC citizens who are in the kingdom and they are wishing to return to their countries providing that they have used the national ID when they entered the kingdom. 4.Passengers who have been in People’s Republic of China which includes (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) as well as Iran are not allowed to enter SAUDI Arabia until 14 day later from their exit from these two countries. 5.Any transit passenger who had been in one of the two countries, People’s Republic of China which includes (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) as well as Iran are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia until 14 day later from their exit from these two countries. 6.Any transfer passenger who had been in one of the countries, People’s Republic of China which includes (Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao) as well as Iran are not allowed to enter Saudi Arabia until 14 day later from their exit from these two countries 7. All carriers are responsible of returning their umrah passengers which were carried by them before the suspension of Umrah at the specified time of departure.

2. Any passenger who has a valid residence permit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia even if does not spend 14 days outside of infected countries can enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subjected to

examination at ports.

8.Suspending the travel permissions for Saudi citizens and residents living currently in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the following countries, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Italy,Korea) 9. Suspending the arrival of all passengers from any of the following countries airports (Emirate, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Italy, Korea) to any of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia airports or amy passengers who have been in any of the mentioned countries above in the last (14) days prior to his arrival to the kingdom. 23 KINGDOM OF THAILAND

Effective 05 March 2020, Thailand has reduced from 09 to 04 countries for travel restrictions which are SOUTH KOREA, PRC, ITALY and IRAN. 1.Passengers travelling from countries not listed above but transit through above countries' airport will be exempt from 14 day self-quarantine on arrival. 2.Passengers intended to stay less than 14 days can still travel to Thailand but they must be self-quarantine in the hotel/house during their intended stay period, NOT allowed to leave the hotel/house 3.Passengers with visa permitted stay is less than 14days are allowed to enter the country but have to be self-quarantine at hotel/house until departure date. 4.If Thai passenger (job seeker and overstay) returning from SOUTH KOREA with have Korean Immigration stamp endorsed on
