1 JAPAN Effective 27 February 2020 Japan Immigration WILL NOT ALLOW entry into Japan to visitors (except Japanese nationality) with:

a. PRC passport that states/shows PLACE OF ISSUE is

HUBEI PROVINCE and ZHEJIANG PROVINCE.

AND/OR

b. Recent HUBEI PROVINCE, ZHEJIANG and

PROVINCE travel history within the last 14 days

AND/OR

c. Visitors who have travelled to DAEGU Metropolitan City or CHEONGDO County in North GYEONSANG Province in Republic of Korea within 14 days prior to

the last 14 days entry in Japan are subject to approval from Japan Immigration.

2 BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

The Government of Brunei WILL NOT ALLOW entry into Brunei, OR transit through Brunei to passengers (except Brunei nationality and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam) from: a. ALL new passengers from HUBEI PROVINCE, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE and JIANGSU PROVINCE, IRAN, ITALY. Returning residents either with travel history in Hubei OR with PRC passports issued in HUBEI PROVINCE, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE and JIANGSU PROVINCE WILL BE ALLOWED entry in Brunei.

SABAH, MALAYSIA

The state Government of Sabah has expanded the travel restrictions (all points of entry by air, sea or by land) to the followings: a. All foreigners with recent travel history to People’s Republic of China (PRC), SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

to enter Sabah. b. Malaysian citizens (non-residents of Sabah) with recent travel history to PRC, SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY within the last 14 days WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter

Sabah. c. All transit passengers originating or through PRC WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter Sabah.

The following passengers will be allowed entry in Sabah:

a. Any Sabahan, permanent residents of Sabah and residents of Sabah under work pass, student pass, long term social visit pass or exemption order, returning from PRC, SOUTH KOREA, IRAN and ITALY are subject to a compulsory 14 days home quarantine. b. South Korean Nationals without travel history to South Korea within the last 14 days. .

5 SARAWAK, MALAYSIA

Reference to the Press Release by Sarawak State Disaster Management Committee dated 07 February 2020, all People’s Republic of China (PRC) and foreigners who have been to People’s Republic of China (PRC) , HONG KONG and MACAU in the last 14 days WILL BE REFUSED Entry into Sarawak with IMMEDIATE

Singaporean nationalities who are travelling to Sarawak for a short-term visit either via direct flight i.e. SIN-KCH or via KUL must observe the Ministry of Health guidelines.

Quarantine orders have legal force, with severe penalties for non-compliance.

Effective 01 February 2020, 11:59 pm

1. Immigration and

Checkpoints Authority (ICA) will suspend the issuance of all forms of new visas to those with PRC passports. ICA will also suspend Singapore’s status as a visa-free transit facility for those with PRC passports.

2. Previously issued short-term and multiple-visit visas for those with PRC passports will also be suspended. During this period of suspension, they will not be allowed entry into Singapore.

As there is a risk of importation of COVID-19 from arriving passengers and crew of MS Westerdam, MOH will take the following measures to protect public health in Singapore.

MOM'S ENTRY APPROVAL

1. With effect from 26 February2020, 2359Vhours, the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will require all work pass holders (including dependants) with travel history to the Daegu city and Cheongdo county within the last 14 days and planning to enter/return to Singapore to obtain MOM’s approval before they commence their journey. This is regardless of the nationality of the work pass holder. This requirement applies to:

Existing work pass holders currently out of Singapore; and

In-Principle Approval holders who have yet to enter Singapore.

2. Upon arrival in Singapore, all affected work pass holders will be placed on a mandatory 14-day Stay-Home Notice (SHN). Employers will be required to declare to MOM that they have arranged for suitable premises to house these returning employees for the duration of their SHN when applying for entry approval.

Taiwan Authority and Immigration at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport WILL NOT ALLOW ALL People’s Republic of China (PRC) /Hong Kong/Macau passport holder entry into Taiwan EXCEPT for the 02 categories in the exceptions’ section. ALL People’s Republic of China (PRC) /Hong Kong/Macau Student Visa Card Holder has been temporary suspended.

Effective immediately, Australia Immigration WILL NOT ALLOW foreign nationals (excluding permanent residents) who are in MAINLAND CHINA, will not be allowed to enter Australia until 14 days after they have left or transited through MAINLAND CHINA

1. Passengers arrived in Australia and it is determined that they have

travelled to or transited through MAINLAND CHINA on or since 1 February 2020, their visa will be cancelled and they will either be

returned to their home country when flights are available or placed in an alternative place of detention for a quarantine period.

2. Non-Australian citizen or permanent citizen (or their immediate family, legal guardian or spouse) are NOT ALLOWED to travel to

1. All arriving passengers and crew who disembark Diamond Princess will need to adhere to a 14-day quarantine period prior to travelling to, or transiting Australia.

2. At point of check-in in NRT and KIX only, if a passenger is having

a flight itinerary from Japan to Australia (transiting via KLIA on MH),

residents will still be

able to enter, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, legal guardians or dependents only). This exemption will be extended to airline crews who have been using appropriate personal protective equipment.

2. Any foreign nationals

who do arrive in Australia notwithstanding the prohibition, and who choose not to immediately return to their port of origin, will be subject to mandatory quarantine.

3. Australian citizens,

permanent residents and their families who do enter Australia and who have been in MAINLAND CHINA to

self-isolate for 14 days from the time they left MAINLAND CHINA.

4. This is a temporary

measure, which will be reviewed in 14 days.

To align with New Zealand border arrangements, exemption have been put in place for all 444 visa holders who permanently reside in Australia.

Effective immediately, any foreign travellers who leave or transit through MAINLAND CHINA after 2 February 2020 (NZ time) WOULD BE REFUSED ENTRY to New Zealand.


3. Immigration New Zealand has extended the current border restrictions for travellers who have been in mainland China by 8 days to 24th February.

4. This decision to deny boarding or refuse entry does not apply to New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, residents with valid travel conditions and their immediate family, who will still be able to come to New Zealand. Australian citizens and permanent residents are also not subject to the travel restrictions if New Zealand is their primary place of established residence.

5. Any foreign travellers in transit to New Zealand on 2 February 2020 will be subject to enhanced screening on arrival but, pending clearance, will be granted entry to New Zealand.

1. From 3 February 2020 NZDT, airlines in other countries must ask passengers whose final destination is New Zealand if they have been in or through mainland China since the 2 February 2020.

2. Passengers who confirm they have been in or through mainland China in the past 14 days must not be permitted to travel to New Zealand and airlines should contact APP Support Office (APPSO) for further instructions.

On arrival at New Zealand:

Any passengers who do not meet the following definition will be denied entry to New Zealand:

1. New Zealand citizens, holders of permanent resident visas, resident visas and immediate family

2. Australian citizens or people who hold a current permanent residence visa (including a resident return visa) issued by the Government of Australia, where New Zealand is their primary place of established residence

3. New Zealand citizens from Tokelau, Niue and the Cook Islands.

New Zealand citizens and permanent residents returning to New Zealand will still be able to enter, as well as their immediate family members, but will be required to self-isolate for 14 days on arrival back in the country

g. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) travelling to Hong Kong-SAR

and Macau-SAR shall be allowed departure upon execution of Declaration, signifying their knowledge and understanding of risks involved in their travel.

a. All returning Filipinos including their foreign spouse/children, if any, holders of Permanent Resident Visas, and holders of 9(e) Diplomat Visas traveling from China, Hong Kong-SAR, and Macau-SAR shall be allowed entry into the Philippines. Provided that the 14-day quarantine requirement based on existing guidelines by the Department of Health must be strictly observed;

b. Permanent residents

b. Holder of APEC business travel card, holder of Limited Stay Permit (ITAS), and or Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) and or Multiple Re-entry Permit which is still valid however have travel history visiting MAINLAND CHINA for the last 14days, passenger SHALL BE REFUSED for entry. Same also applied

for holders of official visas and or diplomatic visa.

2. The 14days travel history to MAINLAND CHINA is NOT applicable

for holder of Republic of Indonesia passports.

If passenger has never been to MAINLAND CHINA for

the past 14 days, normal condition and requirement (minimum passport validity, nationalities that require Visa) applies during acceptance to grant entry. This includes PRC who resides other than MAINLAND CHINA.


Republic Indonesia Immigration Department has temporarily suspended Visa on

16 INDIA 1. Government of India WILL NOT ALLOW entry of any
