fever and/or other symptoms of respiratory illness may be required to undergo a COVID-19 swab test upon arrival. They may carry on with their journey immediately after undergoing the test, and will be contacted on their swab test results. Those with positive results will be conveyed to the hospital in a dedicated ambulance.

b. Short-term , who refuse to undergo the test, will be denied entry into Singapore. Permanent Residents and long-term pass holders, who refuse testing, may have their immigration facilities and work pass privileges revoked, or the validity shortened. Passengers, including Singapore Citizens, who do not comply with the testing or who cannot be contacted after the test, may face

self-isolate at their home after returning/entering to Taiwan and be under home quarantine for a period of 14 days.

will be Filipino Citizens and Permanent Status holders. c. In the event that a foreign national who is disqualified from the

above exemptions disembarks to the Philippines for other reasons, the person shall automatically be excluded and immediately sent back to the port of origin as stated in the

restriction. In the event of unavailability of return flight, the person shall be placed under quarantine or respective designated area.

d. Filipino Citizens and Permanent Status holders of the Philippines

who will be arriving from these flights shall be turned over to the

Quarantine Bureau together with their arrival cards including flight crew. Foreign nationals who are unable to board the return (turnaround) flight shall be included in the quarantine.

e. Filipinos who are travelling to CHINA and its Special

Administrative Regions (SAR) – MACAU and HONG KONG

Filipinos and Permanent Resident Visa holders coming from any place in CHINA and its Special Administrative Regions (SAR) – MACAU and HONG KONG

3. Exemption shall be granted in favour of the following classes of passengers:

a. All returning Filipinos

including their foreign spouse/children, if any, holders of Permanent Resident Visas, and holders of 9(e) Diplomat Visas traveling from China, Hong Kong-SAR, and Macau-SAR shall be allowed entry into the Philippines. Provided that the 14-day quarantine requirement based on existing guidelines by the Department of Health must be strictly observed;

b. Permanent residents

of Hong Kong and Macau SARs and Filipinos leaving abroad for study shall be allowed to travel to

umbrella agency involved with the COVID-19 (Novel Corona Virus)

f. Filipinos who are Permanent residents of Hong Kong-SAR and

g. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) travelling to Hong Kong-SAR and Macau-SAR shall be allowed departure upon execution of Declaration, signifying their knowledge and understanding of risks involved in their travel.

Transit SHALL BE ALLOWED entry and departure as long as NOT transiting through the said areas of concern.

22 KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA (KSA)

1. The Government of KSA WILL NOT ALLOW entry or transit into KSA

3. Suspending the usage of National ID to travel to or from the

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that applies on the Saudi citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens except SAUDI citizens.

23 THAILAND 1. Passengers who have travel history to Republic of Korea, People's Republic of China, Macao, Hong Kong, Italy and Iran ARE REQUIRED to:

a. Present Health Certificate (Medical Certificate) certifying that no

sickness in the past 14 days and undetectable COVID-19 laboratory result issued within 48 hours prior to flight departure.

b. Present a health and insurance document that is insured at

USD100,000. If they are unable to produce such document, the

boarding pass SHALL NOT be issued. c. Ensure that the documents must be issued in English and to be

presented in hard copy d. Passengers on immediate transit through any of the countries are

exempted. e. Passengers who are the nationality of Republic of Korea, People's

Republic of China, Macao, Hong Kong, Italy or Iran are required to submit Form T8 issued under the Communicable Diseases Act B.E.2558 (2015) to the health officers.

f. Upon arrival, passengers shall be declare with T8 form available at health control.

g. All aircraft must be disinfected and approved for take-of by the health control officers.

h. The air operators must strictly comply with the measures for the surveillance prevention and control of dangerous communicable disease by the Ministry of Public Health under the Communicable Diseases act b.e.2558 (2015) and the notification of the civil avation authority of Thailand)

last 14 days, they must be self-quarantined at Hotel and are not allowed to go out.

f. With Korean Immigration stamp endorsed on the last page of

their passports. i. Code 68-(1) stamp for those who voluntarily contact Korean

Immigration to leave the country. There is no notification from upline station so Thai immigration will not be aware of their arrival.

ii. Code 46-(1) stamp for those caught by Korean Immigration

and deported back. The upline station will notify downline station for deportation.

iii. GHA to segregate these Thai with code 68-(1) and code 46-

(1) from other and keep their passports in an envelope with their detail and notify final destination.

iv. Airlines have to notify immigration at least 1 hour prior flight

arrival so they can meet the flight together with health control officers to assess condition and interview. These must be disembarked last in order for the officer to conduct entry screening.
